After the customer receives the product, if the product does not meet the requirements, we will first analyze the problem. If it is a mistake in our processing, we will arrange for rework or a full refund as soon as possible. If the product is scrapped due to incorrect buyer drawings, we will discuss separately. Any issues can be resolved through communication and negotiation until you are satisfied.


Refund Policy

Under normal circumstances, returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. This does not include "non cancellable/non refundable" ("non-standard products") products, downloadable software ("digital delivery") products, or products subject to purchase agreements. Only products originally shipped from Jieshiwei can be returned to Jieshiwei. All other products will be promptly quarantined and disposed of, or returned to customers. Before the customer returns the product to Maoze, the customer must ensure that the product was purchased from Jieshiwei and has not been completely or partially replaced with the same product from other suppliers, distributors, or other sources of such products. The returned products should be in their original packaging and have not been used (except for defective products). ESD or humidity sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions.
The return shipping fee must be paid in advance; We do not accept cash on delivery shipping. Some products may require direct return to the manufacturer. Fill out the return approval form or contact to obtain the return approval number. Your customer service representative will provide the return approval number and correct return address for your product.
